Laceyfields Academy, a nursery and infants school, now has a climbing wall, to develop physical coordination, spatial awareness and muscle development, and a spacious sandpit to give a real-life beach experience.

Large construction play materials, that develop children’s motor skills and encourage problem solving and team play, are also available.

The new play area was completed in September when the pupils went back to school after the first lockdown.
