We know we are stronger united, our aim is create meaningful and lasting partnerships which enhance the experience for all our young people and staff.

Opportunities whereby staff can engage with innovative practice, share skills and learn from wider peer-to-peer support. We will enlist the support of other institutions and services in order to best develop our teams. In return involve our teams skills and talents in places whereby we can share and extend our service to develop our core message, to give every child the opportunity to succeed and flourish.

The QEGSMAT is standards driven; it aims to provide world-class education and care that allows every young person to reach their potential; it recognises the importance of teaching and learning. It operates a robust school improvement system, with the ultimate aim of doing something exceptional for young people in our area. All young people will be safe and all will be supported, whatever their needs.

Formed in 2012 by a group of innovative and forward-thinking leaders, Inspiring Leaders has made significant impact upon the lives of 1000’s of children. A partnership built on Trust and Commitment has provided training for over 4000 School Leaders and trained over 400 new Teachers for the system.
