Ceri Hathaway joins us as Executive Headteacher supporting our primary academies. Ceri has been a senior leader for 15 years across Derby and Derbyshire. She is a founder member of the Chartered College of Teaching, is a facilitator for Inspiring Leaders and mentors new and aspiring leaders as they work towards attaining national professional qualifications.
Andy Smith is the new Principal at Djanogly City Academy. Andy has more than 25 years’ experience in secondary education, including 15 years at senior level. Originally from Nottingham, Andy was previously Vice Principal in charge of school provision at two large secondary schools in Warwickshire.
Shelley Rogers is the new Head of School at Laceyfields Academy. Shelley is a Specialist Leader of Education for phonics and joins us from a primary school in Long Eaton where she was a senior leader.
